Overview
There will be the equivalent of 10 hours engagement with the learning activities designed for this course over the 5 weeks (2 hours per week and of this one hour will be live). The learning activities will be led by the course tutors and will include a mix of:
Online reading/video activity
- Online learning tasks for the teachers
- There will be an expectation that teachers create and share content using tools of their choice
- There will be 5 live sessions where the focus will be on teacher discussion in relation to the dimensions and their setting]
The course will introduce teachers to a range of tools, such as the PDST list of online distance learning tools, that they can then use in designing their learning activities and the course will take a critical look at learning design and empower teachers to use the 21CLD in their own practice.
